(CRIME NO.434 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that in view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.6293/2020 dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.OP.No.13275/2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and Third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed in Para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.7645/2020 dated 16.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.13275/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7645 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13275 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.7645 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13275 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
