..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records of the 1st respondent leading to the issuance of the impugned order/Inquiry report dated 24.12.2025 under regulation 17(5) of the CBLR 2018, passed by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unfair unreasonable perverse and in clear abuse process of law and has been clear violation of principles of nature justice.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the enquiry report dated 24.12.2025 issued by first respondent, under regulation 17(5) of CBLR 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by both learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Junior Standing Counsel for respondents that show cause notice pursuant to which the enquiry report dated 24.12.2025 was made has been dropped. Therefore, nothing may survive for adjudication in this writ petition.
