ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, daughter of the detenu herein, viz., Chakkarai @ Chakkaravarthy, son of Elumalai, aged about 38 years, has filed the present petition seeking leave for 20 days to the detenu, her father.
2.In keeping with the order of this Court dated 01.03.2018, it is represented on either side that detenu, viz., Chakkarai @ Chakkaravarthy, son of Elumalai, aged about 38 years convict No.436, has surrendered before the Superintendent of Central Prison, Salem.
