PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.15, School Education (SE5(1) Department dated 10.02.2022 and quash the same so far as the petitioners are concerned and accordingly direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioners in any of the vacancies available in Annexure I to the Writ Petition by taking into account the fact that the petitioners have completed one year of service in the present station.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the transfer counseling for the PG Assistant has already been over and therefore, prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would seek to consider the writ petitioner's representation by the respondents, if any vacancies available in the respondent's department.
3.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsels, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the writ petitioner to make an application to the authority concerned seeking transfer in any of the vacancies available in the respondent's department. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
