Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender and execute sureties granted in order dated 07.07.2020 made in crl.OP.No.10186 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender and furnish surety bonds as directed by this court by order dated 07.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10186 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is prepared to donate a reasonable amount to charity, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner from the date on which the order copy is made ready to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of A/C 1026101033653 maintained by Sri Saratha Devi Anbu Illam (Contact No. 9791584495) with Canara Bank (IFSC CNRB0001026), Kanniyakumari Branch, within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. -sd/- 19/03/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
