The order of termination dated 24.4.2017, issued by the third respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition. The said writ petition, filed challenging the order of termination, was disposed of by this Court with the following orders:- "8. Thus, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kilpauk, Chennai has to intervene in this matter and initiate appropriate action in respect of affairs of the 3rd respondent Cooperative Society. In view of the discrepancies even in passing the orders in the departmental disciplinary proceedings, the Registrar of Co~operative Societies, NV Natarajan Maaligai, 170, Periyar EVR High Road, Poonamallee High Road, Chennai ?
600 010 is directed to conduct an enquiry through any other independent Officer not below the rank of the Additional Registrar of Co~operative societies and initiate all appropriate actions in respect of the serious allegations of the misappropriation of the funds of the Society running more than Rupees Two Crores. The Registrar shall exercise the same within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
2. The writ petitioner was permitted to file a revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. However, the Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed Thiru R.G.Sakthi Saravanan, Additional Registrar, Tamil Nadu Cooperative State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank to conduct an enquiry in the discrepancies in the departmental proceedings taken hitherto and give his findings and also suggestions required for taking all appropriate actions in respect of serious allegations of misappropriation of funds of the Kongalnagaram Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society. He shall enquire the writ petitioner Thiru P.Jeyachandra Sekar, the President of the said society, the Joint Registrars of Cooperative Societies Tiruppur Region, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Dharapuram Circle and all others connected with this matter. He shall take up the enquiry immediately, complete it early and submit his detailed report.
3. In view of the fact that large scale irregularities were noticed in respect of the affairs of the Cooperative Societies, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies passed an order, appointing the Additional Registrar to conduct an enquiry.
4. In view of the fact that the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has already passed an order, appointing an Enquiry Officer to conduct a detailed enquiry and submit the report, no further orders are required.
