ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to include petitioner's name in the list of candidates to call for interview and counselling for appointment as Teacher. 2.

As per GO.Ms.No.25 School Education(TRB) Department dated 06.02.2014, relaxation of 5% marks from the present pass mark of 60% for candidates is applicable to the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted in the month of August 2013. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
