The above Civil Revision Petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to allow the civil revision petition by setting aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.533 of 2017 in I.D.O.P.No.101 of 2017 on the 1/4
file of Principal District Judge at Thiruvallur dated 04.01.2019.
2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled the issue amongst themselves by filing a mutual consent divorce petition. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present Civil Revision Petition.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
