ORDER

When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 04.11.2015 in W.P.No.35606 of 2015 has been complied with and the document executed in violation of the order has been cancelled, which is duly indicated in the Encumbrance Certificate. The copy of the Encumbrance Certificate is also produced before this Court.

2. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
