This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 06.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.It is seen that the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police on 18.10.2014 and has given a statement thereby withdrawing the complaint given by her, on the ground that the matter has been settled among the family members.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
