Today,when the matter is listed 'for reporting compliance', Mr.M.Devaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the copy of the Demand Draft dated 05.04.2023 drawn in favour of the Registrar, City Civil Court, Chennai to the extent of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) and the same has been deposited. The receipt in this regard is produced before this Court and the same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 13.03.2023 made in Crl.A.No.124 of 2016 is complied with and no further orders is necessary.

4. As stated in the earlier order dated 13.03.2023, P.W.1 is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount.
