The petitioner is the son of the first defendant. The petition to accept the cause title has become necessary on account of the demise of the first defendant in the suit, by name Indrani.

2. The impugned order does not reflect the demise of the first defendant, hence, this petition is filed.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons therein, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number and list the above CRP for admission on 27.02.2026, if it is otherwise in order.
