O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner died. The efforts taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner in securing instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner also went in vain. Thus the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to file an appropriate petition to reopen the case, if any, grievance exists as of now. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
