Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions in para 4 imposed on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5345 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10375 of 2020 by order dated 08.09.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10375 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.165 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below on each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
