ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in connection with complaint dated 13.06.2015 acknowledged in CSR.No.267/W32/2015 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one Esther Ponmalar, petition enquiry in CSR No.267 of 2015 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
