Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in his impugned proceedings bearing Lr.No.CE/NCES/SE/EE/WPP/ A2/F.Third Party Sale / D.1171/14, dated 25.09.2014, quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and against the Orders passed by the first respondent in T.L.A.No.1 of 2011, dated 16.11.2012, Tariff Order No.1 of 2009, dated 20.03.2009, Tariff Order No.6 of 2012, dated 31.07.2012 and Intra State Open Access Regulations, 2005 and consequently, direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to sell the wind energy generated in their wind mill WF HT SC No.3124 through the trading license issued by the first respondent in T.L.A.No.1 of 2011, 16.11.2012.
