O R D E R

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.06.2016 vide the CSR No:119 of 2016 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 02.06.2016 against her husband and relatives, in which, petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.119 of 2016. He further submitted that the petitioner's husband is an army man and serving in Jammu & Kashmir and therefore, it will take some time.

3. Bearing the above fact in mind, the respondent police is directed to proceed cautiously with the enquiry in CSR No.119 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
