The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 26.04.2022, has allowed this petition. However in the order copy, the 4th petitioner name has been wrongly mentioned as "Lahithamani" and the offence in para 1 has been wrongly mentioned as 526(i) of IPC. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the errors are corrected and the 4th petitioner name shall be read as "Lalithamani" and the para 1 of the order shall be read as follows:

"The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.58 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 506(1) of IPC."
