ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to return the original certificates of the Petitioner which was submitted by him at the time of the petitioner's admission into the Super Speciality Course in Plastic and Re-constructive Surgery for the academic year 20172020 in the 4th respondent college.
2. Mr. Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1, 2 & 4.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she joined in MCH course in Plastic and Re-constructive Surgery at Madras Medical College situated at 2/6
Chennai for the academic Year 2017-2020. At the time of admission, the petitioner submitted her original certificates to the 4th respondent and executed a bond dated 20.01.2018 with a condition that, after the completion of Super Speciality Course, the petitioner shall work in Government Institution/Hospital for a period of ten years. After the completion of the said course, though the petitioner was ready and willing to take up the employment offered under the bond, neither the petitioner was offered any employment nor her original certificates were returned by the 4th respondent. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 12.12.2020 seeking return of original documents, however, no action has been taken on the said representation which resulted in filing of the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 12.12.2022 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on the same, within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation dated 12.12.2022 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
