Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondents 1 & 2 relating to proceedings of the 2 nd respondent dated 05.07.2013 bearing reference No.R.No.3747/A1(DA)/2012 imposing the punishment of Removal from service and the consequential proceedings of the st respondent dated 01.04.2015 bearing reference R.No.91571/DA/13/S3 confirming the decision of the 2 nd respondent by rejecting the petitioners appeal dated 04.09.2013 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to reinstate the petitioner back in to service with backwages, continuity of service and all other service benefits which the petitioner is entitled to but for the impugned proceedings.

Though the case is posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 03.09.2025, 11.09.2025, 12.09.2025, 26.09.2025, 25.10.2025 and today, the petitioner failed to prosecute the Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
