This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.91 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police within a time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in this case was covered and over and final report is reported as 'Mistake of Fact'. RCS notice in RCS.No.1 of 2022 was also served on the petitioner.

3. In the said circumstances, this court is of the view that no order need to be passed in this petition.
