Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.1372 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020 the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.GOPINATH Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 24.01.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.1372 of 2020.

2.Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 24.01.2020. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police twice a week, on every Monday https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and Friday, at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
