ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR in Cr.No.10 of 2014.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the case in Cr.No.10 of 2014 has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 31.01.2015 and the report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam.
