O R D E R

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition, vide order dated 16.06.2015, has merely directed the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's

representation/application dated 14.08.2014 and accordingly, the second respondent in the writ petition passed an order vide proceedings in Na.Ka.03/2014/A dated 05.07.2017.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the contents of the said order do not reflect the correct factual position and came to be passed without application of mind to the relevant provisions.

3. Per contra, Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the order passed by this Court has been fully complied with.

4. This Court, after hearing the rival submission and upon perusal of the materials placed, is of the view that the remedy open to the petitioner, if any, is to challenge the order of the respondent dated 05.07.2017, if she is really aggrieved.

5. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is so advised, she is at liberty to challenge the order of the respondent dated 05.07.2017, before the competent forum.
