The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2016 and appoint the petitioner as Village Assistant in the existing vacancies.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has

studied upto 12th standard and registered his name in the District Employment Office at Villupuram. As he belongs to the scheduled Tribe community and his father also died, he was not able to continue his studies. In the meanwhile, he got married a girl belonging to the Most Backward Community and as a result, he got two children. Whileso, the second respondent issued a call letter dated 22.08.2013 for the post of Village Assistants. Accordingly, he appeared but he was not selected. Thereafter, Panchayat Union Office, Vallam sent a call letter dated 30.04.2015 to the petitioner for the post of Office Assistants to which he participated but he was not selected. Again, it is the claim of the petitioner that the second respondent has sent a call letter dated 12.10.

2015 to the petitioner for the post of Village Assistants in Gingee Taluk for which also he appeared and thereafter, he has come to know that out of 8 vacancies, six are filled and remaining 2 posts are not filled. Therefore, he has given a representation dated 31.03.2016 to the respondents requesting to provide him employment but the same has not been considered. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4.The petitioner has not mentioned what are the vacancies available where. Besides he made only vague averments in the pleadings which has not made out his case. When he failed to make out his case, this court is not inclined to allow this writ petition.
