C.M.P.Nos.6380, 6381 and 6384 of 2019 in S.A.No.98 of 2019 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1876 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Sole Respondent viz., Aravamuthu; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Sole Respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Sole Respondent as Respondents 2 and 3.

2. According to the petitioners, the Sole Respondent viz., Aravamuthu died on 10.08.2013 and the Respondents 2 and 3 are the legal representatives of the deceased Sole Responodent. The death of the Sole Respondent was now only brought to the knowledge of the Appellants and hence, they are filing these petitions.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
