O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that despite directions passed on 18.09.2014, the order in question has not been complied with, on the other hand, a notice was issued to the petitioner for him to be present. He states that there is nothing much he can add nor are any records available with him.

2.In view thereof, the respondents should proceed in accordance with para 4 of the order dated 18.09.2014 and comply with the same within a maximum period of one month from today. 3.Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
