2. Today, the petitioner appeared before this Court along with her minor son and submitted that the respondents are willing for compromise and there is a possibility of re-union. The only obstacle is, the pendency of the above petition. If the petition is withdrawn, the petitioner would be taken to her matrimonial home. Hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
4. In view of the submission made by the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
