Application No.4274 of 2016 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.

By order, dated 31.08.2016, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle in question. She was paid a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as initial remuneration.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicle, today, it is represented by the Advocate Commissioner that she has seized the vehicle.

3. Recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized, this application is closed.

4.Today, the learned Advocate Commissioner has sought for additional remuneration. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration Proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
