This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no. 5(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.2065 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2065 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
