PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 09.09.2015 issued by the 1st respondent in order No. 043817/HRS/SETC TN/2015/3375 transferring the petitioner from Thirunelveli Depot to the newly Karaikudi Depot and quash the same. 1/4

ORDER

The order of transfer of the petitioner from Thirunelveli Depot to Karaikudi Depot is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was retained at Thirunelveli Depot, where he is continuing to work till date.
