This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1148 days in filing the Written Statement in C.S. No.933 of 2016.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/defendant and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application to condone the delay of 1148 days in filing the Written Statement of defendant in the aforesaid suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has not opposed to allow the application.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side and in view of Covid19 pandemic situation for the last two years, this Court is inclined to allow this application on payment of costs.
