The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent and their associates from interfering or entering into the property comprising in S.No.4/1, New S.No.24/1 and Plot No.33 & 34 situated at Kalinjur Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018.

However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Thasildar with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances. 3 In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
