ORDER

The petitioner is the wife who is facing matrimonial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2024 before the Sub Court, Sirkazhi. The petitioner/wife has citing inconvenience to attend the proceedings before the Sub Court, Sirkazhi so ask for transfer of the proceedings to the Sub Court, Poonamalli, 1/4

where she presently resides.

2. Despite service of notice in the above transfer petition, the respondent/husband has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. The respondent is called and set ex-parte. Hence, I have proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the request for transfer.

3. I am satisfied that the petitioner/wife has made out sufficient grounds seeking transfer application of H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2024 and no prejudice would cause to the respondent/husband, if the transfer request of the petitioner is acceded to.

4. In fine, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Sirkazhi and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee at Tiruvallur District. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4
