ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order dated 04.4.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9777 of 2014 by rejecting the application submitted by the petitioner stating that Civil Suit is pending. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the rejection order dated 18.4.2015 passed by the respondents.
