When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.09.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 30.09.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e. 04.10.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.33372 of 2012 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
