ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for having disobeying the order passed in W.P.No.38114 of 2005 dated 19.07.2010.

2.Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader placing on record the proceeding dated 30.05.2015 bearing Na.Ka.No.7409/A2/ 1998 submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38114 of 2005 dated 19.07.2010 has been duly complied with.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is not very clear as to whether the benefit of selection grade as well as the special grade have been restored, for which Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader taking instruction from Mr.V.Thangaraju, Superintendent, O/o.Chief Educational Officer, Namakkal who is present in Court again reiterated that the benefit of selection grade and the special grade enjoyed by the petitioner as on the date of issuance of the impugned

notice that has been set aside, has been restored. Recording the said statement, this contempt petition is closed.
