2. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.04.2015 to the respondents with a request not to transfer patta of the lands situated in Edathanur Village, till the disposal of the suit for partition in O.S.No.29 of 2007 pending on the Court of Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.K.Bhoopathy Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 10.04.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the plaintiffs in O.S.No.29 of 2007, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
