1. The detenue/Ms.Diviya, has been secured.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue / Ms.Diviya.

3. We have interacted with the detenue / Ms.Diviya. She has expressed her desire to accompany the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. To be noted, the detenue / Ms.Diviya is aged about 16 years.

5. Our interaction with the detenue revealed that she had left her home in the company of Respondent No.3, i.e., Mr.Ramaiya.

6. In these circumstances, no further orders are called for, in view of the desire expressed by the detenue/Ms.Diviya.

7. Accordingly, the petition is closed.
