ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent police on 26.02.2019 by RPAD and explained about the unethical act of the 2nd respondent police and narrated the torture caused to the petitioner by her husband and requested the 1st respondent to take suitable action for not to harass the petitioner but even thereafter the 2nd petitioner called the petitioner over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

phone and instructed her to do the demand made by Velu and her husband. The petitioner is facing constant threat from the 2nd respondent, who is acting in favour of her husband. Hence this petition.

3.It is seen from the records that there is a dispute between the petitioner and her husband. Therefore, she was compelled to give consent for divorce and also to vacate the premises and handover the same to her husband. It is further seen that it is a family dispute between the petitioner and her husband and as such the 2nd respondent has no role to play in this issue. 4.Therefore, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed not to harass the petitioner. Further, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 26.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
