Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 06.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.7979 of 2017 in Crl.Appeal No.367 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KUPPUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K. MATHAN Govt. Advocate (crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner/7th accused was granted bail by this court in Cr.M.P.No.7979 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.367 of 2017, dated 06.07.2017, by suspending the substantive sentence, subject to the condition that she shall report before the Trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition to relax the said condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is resident of Mettur and she finds it difficult to travel to Coimbatore, where the Trial Court is located and therefore, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has not raised any serious objection.

4. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is woman and that there is no fear that she will flee from justice, I am inclined to relax the said condition in toto.

5. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed -sd/- 14/09/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
