O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the above case in Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam to dispose the case on day to day basis.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the complainant, he had filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam. The case was taken up on file on 30.09.2020. Thereafter, the case was posted for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
arguments. The learned counsel for the petitioner had completed the arguments and once again from 30.12.2020 to 15.03.2021, the case was posted for orders. Subsequently, from 19.03.2021 to 02.09.2021, the case was posted for appearance. The petitioner had appeared on all hearing days. Once again the case was posted for evidence on 24.09.2021 and thereafter, from 01.10.2021 to 28.03.2022, the case was posted under the caption for orders. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Trial Judge for speedy disposal of the case in Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2020
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the learned Trial Judge to pass order or within a period of two weeks from 28.03.2022.
5. This Cirminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam to pass orders in Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2020 or within a period of two weeks from 28.03.2022.
