The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents 3 and 5 to clean the property at C/V/11, Parsn Manere Welfare Society due to emanation of Stinky smell and unhygienic air flow from the property pollute the entire environment due to continuous closure of the building for more than 3 years based on representation dated 09.02.2021 and 19.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
