Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for vacating the second respondent from the land located a Kondagarahalli Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District in Survey No.56, New Survey No.449 of 2014 to the extent of 323 square meter and take appropriate action against the second respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.05.2021, within a time frame.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for vacating the second respondent from the land located a Kondagarahalli Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District in Survey No.56, New Survey No.449 of 2014 to the extent of 323 square meter and take appropriate action against the second respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.05.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is the land lord and the second respondent is the tenant. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is not paying the rent amount to the petitioner. The first respondent taking into consideration that the dispute is civil in nature and has not entered into the dispute. He would further submit that enquiry would be conducted after summoning both the parties.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
