This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 07.04.2021 given by the petitioner and investigate the same on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that enquiry has been conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same has been closed as civil in nature. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report.
