CMP. Nos.6266, 6267 & 6268 of 2024 in S.A. No.787 of 2009 and M.P. No.1 of 2009 & S.A. No.786 of 2009 P.B.BALAJI, J., CMP. Nos.6266, 6267 & 6268 of 2024 have been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent viz., C.Karthikeyan; to set aside abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 4 being the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.R.Amizhdu submits that he has instructions to appear for the proposed respondents/legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and he has no serious objection for allowing all these Petitions as prayed for. I have independently perused the common affidavit filed in support of the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions and I am satisfied with the reasons for the delay in not filing these petitions within time. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
