This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 25.10.2012 thereby denied the request made by the petitioner to promote her to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

It is seen that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer. That apart. the petitioner also filed another writ petition in WP.No.12420 of 2023 challenging the rejection of similar request made by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 2/4

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
