This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings as against the petitioners in Crime No.4 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.4 of 2024, charge sheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.171 of 2005.
