Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent in proceedings Rc.No.A5/44/2013 dated 4.1.2013 against the prolonged suspension of the petitioner from service from 4.1.2013 onwards and the proceedings in Na.Ka.A5/44/13(2) dated 7.2.2014 and to quash the both orders and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential benefits.
