Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a Birth Certificate in favour of the petitioner's child namely L.Faheema Tasnim born on 01.12.2016 based on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 23.07.2019.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 23.07.2019 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of Birth Certificate in favour of his adopted child.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 23.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and after taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court in O.P.No.804 of 2018, dated 19.02.2019. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
